Transparency is a key part of our process and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. Once your contract is signed, you have a fixed price agreement unless changes are made to the scope of work, product is upgraded, or if unforeseen issues are uncovered during construction.

OUR PROCESS
DISCOVERY CALL
Connect with one of our remodeling specialists to discuss your vision, budget, and possibilities. At the end of the call, arrange a site visit if we find that we are a suitable match for your needs.
SELECTIONS
Work with our product specialist to select cabinetry, countertops, fixtures and finishes. We’ll guide you through each choice to reflect your style, meet your needs, and stay on budget.
SITE VISIT
Meet with our team on-site to review the space, take precise measurements, and discuss all the details we need to create a comprehensive proposal tailored to your project.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Begin your project with an on-site walk-through led by your project manager and lead carpenter to review the scope of work, construction process, and project specifics.
PROPOSAL
Review your project proposal with our specialists who will walk you through every detail, answer your questions, and make any adjustments needed to align with your vision and budget.
CONSTRUCTION / POST
During construction you’ll receive daily updates and regular site visits. Post construction, we’ll do a final walk-through, address concerns, and provide your warranty documents.
